How Does A Production Get Setup?

Our team of event specialists guides you through the features and capabilities of the show that you would like to hold.  Your first choice is what capabilities do you require (DJ or professional band, do you required a sound system, lighting, musical instruments for guests’ use, utilize large screen displays or video walls, do you want coordinated scents, etc.).  Your next choices include which of the functions will your show be utilizing (Chat, Photo Publishing, Questions, Trivia, Games, Talent Rating, On-line Schedule, On-Line Documents, etc.).  From these choices, we customize the Where Reality Rocks® Production to your specific event needs.  We have a number of pre-built templates that help us ask all the right questions (i.e.: for a wedding, party, concert, festival, etc.) to make your event a success.


How Can I Book Or Cancel An Event?

You can book directly through Band Jam LLC by contacting us or you can use an online booking service (bash.com) or even use your event coordinator and request they contact us.  We require only a small deposit to secure your calendar date and the remainder just prior to the event. If you wish to cancel an event that the date was booked, we will keep your deposit only if the event is within 30 days; otherwise, we will refund your deposit.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365.  You can dial our customer service line at +1 (770) 776-8744 or you can use our online chat agents and if not available our automated chatbot is available.


What Data Do I Receive From A Show?

The customer receives all the digital interactions with the show.  Who (email address or other information requested by the host), What was texted, what questions were asked, all the photos, all the trivia/game questions and results including the data visualizations, how many people engaged with each question/documents/schedule, etc, EVERYTHING THAT OCCURS DURING THE SHOW IS CAPTURED AND SAVED AS A PDF FILE FOR YOU!

 


Can You Host Both A Live & VIrtual Show?

YES!  We recently held a wedding where a limited number of guests were invited in person and the remaining group attended via zoom.  Each person who is connected via our dedicated show website (or for that matter your dedicated show website) into the Where Reality Rocks® Production can feel like a part of the event and contribute – send messages, send photos, answer trivia, play games, read documents, etc.


Can You Product Only A VIrtual Show?

YES!  Our real-time displays can be a sidebar to zoom meetings.  Each person who is connected via your website into the Where Reality Rocks® Production can feel like a part of the event and contribute – send messages, send photos, answer trivia, play games, read documents, etc.
